I've been umming and arring whether to bother with NYE or just sit about or just go to parties but SLACKERS would be WELL decent ESPECIALLY if there is a chance to see YOU made a fool of yourself like when we were running for that train and you STACKED it and lost your MAGNERS. It's only the purchaser of the tickets that needs to be local. You could have 7 friends coming from throughout the country. There's no way that post codes will be checked on entry!
