My brother and i often driuve to work together and he hates radio one, i think just that clip converted him! it was brilliant. it was a massive cringe!

As stated above, a painting is worth what anyone is prepared to pay for it, that said I think it is excellent from an artistic point of view.

No, it has gone for that much because of who painted it, the fact that she was an unknown member of the public is pretty par for the course with Freud...some of his better works were just members of his family or personal friends.
