You are a more intelligent man than me
You are a better looking man than me
You are a wealthier man than me
You have a better and more successful career than me
You bed better looking women than I could ever dream of

Having met Lokki 7, as well as his gorgeous blonde (pint drinking) Scandinavian wife, and knowing he's a top megabucks earning City high-flier he may well have you beat on all of those. Me too for that matter.

So, I suggest you try a different approach and try and beat him on niceness because he is, to be frank, a ruthlessly heartless bastard.

1. US posts massively over the top, meldramatic statement (see Coldplay are the BEST band in the WORLD, etc, for further details)
2. Another poster, quite reasonably points out that said statement is, at best, a huge overstatement
3. US feels persecuted, and hits back.
4. Assurances are given that the comments are nothing personal, just a disagreement with his stated position.
5. US claims he's being bullied, and reminds everybody how hard his life is.

Absolutely TEXTBOOK.

Absolutely textbook. HK is the first to wade in, what a f***ing shocker, not :smile: 1. It was a throw away comment, 2. Not reasonably , totally over the top comparisons making me out to not be sympathetic to the holocaust and paedophilia etc. 3. No again, just standing my ground. 4 Bullshit it was personal 5. I was being ironic, read it up

You really are very very boring. Why do you feel the need to chip in all the time ?, just BUTT OUT, it has nothing to do with you.

Bless.

I've actually conciously avoided posting after you in any threads for weeks now, for fear of falling victim once more to your self-obsessed, paranoia fuelled nonsense. I gave in this time, as I thought it was grossly unfair the way you were alluding that Lokki's comments were a personal attack on you, when clearly, as usual, they were merely a difference of opinion.

Sorry mate, you're entitled to your view but do you REALLY think that if there was a referendrun tomorrow that the British people would vote to intergrate with Europe fully...Blair is a liar on many things including the 'sexed up' dossier on Iraq and on Dr Kelly...then to rub salt in the wounds he is made 'PEACE ENVOY' for the Middle East. My view and few other people think Nigel Farage talks a lot of sense and he certainly will get a lot more votes at the next General Election.

What wing are you on Seagull? The far right?! :p I jest of course!

I don't care much what the British public think to be honest. The fact that the majority of benefit creaming idiots voted Tory just shows the intelligence of most of them; Turkeys voting for Christmas. So I'm not particularly likely to canvas their opinion on further integration on Europe and if I did I wouldn't value their input very highly. I'd rather listen to someone who knows something about the issue than hear the regurgitated opinios of whatever kneejerk, redtop rag they read.

Blair made A LOT of mistakes, but let's not Iraq totally cloud our judgement here. When the dust settles, and I think it will take decades, I think people will remember Blair for Iraq of course but also the success he enjoyed on his domestic policy.

Farage will definitely get more votes at the next election. Whenever times are tough, people protest by voting for these hardline idiots. When people are better off, they are much more likely to vote center of the road. Look at France and what happened with Le Pen.

I was with the pair of them on wednesday night when she FIRMLY refuted the suggestion that she was scandinavian and claimed finland wasnt part of it. I wont argue on her other attributes though.

Yeah but she also seems to think that Finland beat Russia in WWII despite those defeated Ruskies marching into Helsinki and moving the border 200miles westwards. I wouldn't pay too much head to her ramblings.

Ah bless. I am not sure if you actually believe what you write, if you do it is even more worrying. Lets cut to the chase, you don't like me, I don't like you, so lets spare the people of NSC any more of this shit and agree to not comment on each others posts again. Job done.

Anything that takes the spotlight away from that opportunist mong, Nigel Farage is fine by me, Unc.

But that's because I think Nigel Farage is the WORST human being in HISTORY.

(do you see what I've done there?)

No deal. If you write something stupid, I reserve my right to call it stupid.

If you start a thread, "What is the best <insert subject matter>, then I might choose to join in that thread with my thoughts. I apologise in advance, that they might not match your own choices.

On the flip side, if you add something to a debate I'm involved in, that I actually agree with, then I will respond accordingly.

That's pretty much how a discussion board works.

The main point is that he believes our interests would be better served outside the EC. I don't. The rest is just gravy. That rant at Blair was f***ing embarrassing and if Blair had been a better politician would have absolutely ruined him there. Sadly, Blair is the Sven Goran Eriksson of the political world - quite highly rated at the time despite not actually doing much, and history will not look kindly at him as a consequence of his woeful underachieving.

Farage is right about the Euro's bail-out plans though. Smoke and dagger merely deferring the problem. Ultimately someone, somewhere needs to actually PAY to sort out the mess.

Not a fan of UKIP, but I am a fan of Farage. He's a brilliant speaker, and yes spot on about virtually everything.

Another person I quite like listening to, but actually oppose most of his economic ideas is Daniel Hannan, he tore Gordon Brown a new one a few years ago.
