FAO Beach Boys fans - legendary lost `Smile` album to come out- only 37 years late!

Smile he follow up album to the much discussed Pet Sounds has finally been finished by Brian Wilson. It was shelved in 1967 and became the most famous unreleased album in pop history. It comes out next week.

I heard it live at the Royal Festival Hall a couple of months ago and it was superb.

Pet Sounds was ground breaking when it was released. It inspired The Beatles to write Sgt Pepper.

Can't help thinking that it is VERY sad to see Brian Wilson performing old Beach Boys songs now - like on that ad for a free CD that's on TV today.

He is from the Ronald Reagan school of performing and it just doesn't quite work.
