Can't make it today, so all please do me a favour. We need a loud chant of:

We want our Kuipers back,
We want our Kuipers back,
We want our Kuipers back,
We want our Kuipers back.

Repeat as many times as you can. We want FDM back!!!

Whilst I want Kuipers to stay is this really appropriate?
How will this make Roberts feel while he is representing us today?
Personally I feel we should spend our time getting behind the players on the pitch.

But don't undermine Ben Roberts whilst doing it. Can you do it politely and mean it in the nicest possible way please.
:clap2: :clap2: Or not bother at all ??
Roberts is our current keeper, he aint that bad, lets concentrate our efforts in getting behind EVERYONE in the team 100%.
Concentrate on abusing McGleish if you want to get some pent up frustration out !

Quite agree! This bring back Kuipers/anti Ben Roberts campaign is really making me angry. Such loyalty to Kuipers is commendable in itself but when it impacts on another player it is well out of order. People can be so fickle. The crowd was chanting for Ben Roberts when he arrived, but now, because of one poor performance, when virtually every other player had a poor one too, he is being cast as the villain. People have been praising Coppell so have faith in him, he is an astute manager so, if he feels a need to bring Kuipers back then I'm sure he will. Get behind Roberts - chanting for Kuipers when he is playing would be a disgrace.

If you really cared that much you would be there with us. Kuipers and Roberts are both as good/bad as eachother

I was applauding the sentiment we all want kuipers back but at present that is not going to happen whilst Roberts is in form. It will be a shame if he decides to leave us because of this as we all will miss him. Until then I will support Roberts but not forgetting what a great job FDM has done for us.

Can't believe you've posted that Hantseagull.

The last thing Ben Roberts needs to hear is his own fans asking for kuipers to come back.

Roberts will have a hard enough job focusing on the job in hand and making sure the back 4 are doing there job and the last thing he needs is people on his back.

I'm in the Colchester end so cant tell the likes of you to leave it out if people start saying stupid things

Up the albion.

Ok, I understand the way it may seem anti-Roberts, but those who know me know that is not my intention. So I welcome any suggestions as to a better way to inform Steve Coppell exactly how we feel about letting Kuipers go. Not dropping him out of the team, but letting him leave the club, temporarily for now, potentially for good. A few posts on NSC? Don't be stupid, he's not going to take any notice, if he does even notice they're here. I'm not even saying he should replace Roberts, but we cannot let him leave, to be replaced by some youth Fulham guy? Don't be so stupid. Roberts being 100% secure like that can only result in him becoming complacent.

And don't even start to piss me off with the "true supporters go to games" bullshit. I explained it was because of work, and I've been to three away games already, and even followed the Albion to Yeovil for a meaningless friendly.

I apologise for upsetting anyone, I'm not trying to piss people off, but we HAVE to make sure Kuipers doesn't leave Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club, whether he's first choice or on the bench.

I think it boils down to Michel himself, if he wants to go then there isn't anything anyone can do (apart from getting a good price for him)
