As I will not be in attendance, will tere be an official NSC spokes person?
If so (to avoid fixtures I don't believe a question such as this has been posed)
'Can the club provide a brief description as to its planned strategy for acquiring new players in the close season. The answer would need to encapsulate, specific timing, empowerment for decisions, timing of holidays for key staff and budgetary contraints'
What I would hope to glean is that there is some elemnt of forward project planning from which we can begin to understand why with just three days ro go before the start of the season we are STILL looking to strengthen the sqaud.
Is that unreasonable?
