[Albion] Fan number - help needed

As a season ticket holder I can find my fan number by logging in to 'my albion', clicking top right menu (three lines) and then on my name...

My nephew has just signed up for an account so that I can try to take him to a match, but when he does this his fan number seems nowhere to be seen (and I believe I need his fan number to add him to my friends and family list).

Any advice gratefully received

I think you need to be within the ‘ticketing’ tab first, then click into the top right corner, otherwise it shows different options. But I solely use the site via a PC so not 100% sure.

There are 2 types of sign up's. You need to do the extended one to get a fan number. The other is just for the digital content.

the easiest thing to do is to log in as yourself, power up the chat with supporter services , type in "Talk to an agent " several times , chat to an agent (normally within a minute or two) and then they will be able to tell you if you share some personal info about your nephew (eg: DOB / address)

In fact when i've done this before they've literally added the person to my friends and family list on my behalf.

I am having exactly the same problem with finding my son's fan number....he just signed up yesterday.
