Falmer stands - Behind the goal

I didnt go to the forum at the town hall and ive seen a few pictures overall since the plans were first revealed many years ago.

But today is the first time that Ive noticed how small the stands behind each goal looks.....am I right in saying that this is only one tier?

Did anyone ask about the stands behind the goals at the forum?

The main stand looks amazing...but each end looks very small.

anyone else think this?

presumably when DK said there was room for expansion, he was referring to those 2 stands
