Is the club going to lose out on season ticket sales due to the massive increase in capacity. I can't get to every game but have a season ticket at Withdean to guarantee my seat when I can.

4-5k season ticket sales isn't that big anyway by Championship standards but it's going to take a while to increase from there imo.

Doubt that I will keep my season ticket, but I guess I may change my mind in the next 3 years

Renewals of season tickets bring discounts and Aug 2008 is my 60th birthday so I shall celebrate by getting a cheaper ticket than before.

:clap2:

How would i know?I'm pissed.
Remember we took nearly 30 000 to Cardiff, so you will find a fair few Albion fans coming out of the woodwork....

brighton, actually
hope prices come down

as the fans have been subbing the club for some time, they deserve something bacj!

tix have been way overpriced - i know it's because of the restricted number of seats at withdean, but there will be no excuses at falmer!

ar least hold at xurrent levels (inc park and ride scheme?) until it shakes out.

Not compared to most of the teams in this division. Not forgetting the travel voucher is included.

Not got one at the moment because a) Withdean is a dump and b) I'm a bit brasic at the moment.
In three years time in a nice new ground then yeah I'd like to think I'll be getting one.

Ticket prices will not come down you can guarantee that.

The ground has to be paid for somehow.

plus we will need park and rides at falmer, but we will not get wet and hopefully we will create an atmosphere.

Don't have one at Withers because i work every other saturday so its hard to justify, however from the start of next season i'm sure i'll come down with a rare illness needing me to have every saturday off!!!

Definately will be getting one at Falmer and know people who dont have one now who will be getting one. Would think that season ticket sales would rise dramatically, maybe even double with the move. When Plymouth went up with us they took in an extra £2m from new season tickets alone!

I'll be getting a seaon ticket at Falmer but only if it's cheaper than now. The problem with Withdean is there are no cheap seats. Behind the goal is usually cheaper (hence the noise). I don't think Withdean is overpriced as such but it doesn't have the capacity to offer cheaper seats. I've seen Real Madrid play for £10 for example.

Will there still be a travel voucher at Falmer?

Yes that is part of the plan that got us permission.
As far as I can see the cheapest in this division is £18 (cue someone finding a cheaper one) so £4 for travel is not a bad thing.

Would we think about selling season tickets early so that the money can be invested? Seems a bit of a risk as completion may be delayed etc.

Some people did get 3 year season tickets last time round.
No doubt the club will offer something similar in March.

Fair enough. Although it would be nice if you could get a discount if you are able to produce a rail/bus ticket for the journey. There are a lot of people (not me I might add) that will already have paid for a season ticket to travel to Falmer and yet are being forced to buy another ticket?

I understand and fully support the concept of the travel voucher but there should be room for a bit of flexibility and common sense IMHO.
