why are the club so confident in a decision before the next general election? we've been told we'd get a decision last spring, last summer, last autumn, this spring, this summer blah blah.
we're being strung out in a nasty little game of politics. a non-decision before the general election is likely to be a safer way of protecting votes than a decision either way.
