What did she want, a safety barrier all the way around the stage, plus an inflated safety mat around the stage just in case, or maybe a body double given the clear danger involved in turning around on a wide stage.

I assume that no alcoholic drinks were downed in the green room prior to going on stage.

I am prepared to offer her £0.00 on the basis that accidents happen and she clearly is not intelligent enough to understand where the edge of the stage is.

If she fell through it, mostly likely cause was her excessive weight - BBC should be suing her for damage to their stage ....
