My understanding is that an Academy is approved by the FA. By approved i read you pay the FA to be able to say that it is an FA Approved Academy.

It would be like two home matches for us, after all they only got a few thousand to watch thier FA Cup replay, cant see many more than a hundred palace fans to a Youth Cup match on that basis

Just looking through the attendances, we only got 102 for our 3rd round yoof match at home to Port Vale, how times change.

But in all fairness you most likely get more excitement from watching your youngsters.
