Bournemouth / Burton v Liverpool
Stevenage v Everton
Sheff U v Norwich / Fulham

Not much wrong with seeing those ties. I always like seeing a Prem team away at a lower league club, thats what its all about.

And how refreshing it is NOT to have Man U vs ABSOLUTELY WHOEVER cluttering up the TV schedule. They've had every single FA Cup ie televised for about the past 12 years, so the fact they're already out of the way gives me an immense feeling of contentment and wellbeing.

WHAT!!! No compulsory Leeds cup match either!!! what the hells happening to the World these days?

Oh i remember the reason now :lolol:

I know.

Frankly I'm amazed they didn't just scrap the FA Cup completely for this season after that 3rd round debacle. NOW look what we're left with.

I'm surprised ITV haven't decided to ditch the rest of this seasons FA Cup coverage and simply show a "friendly" or "a specially invented trophy" match between the two to take place at the same time as each of remaining rounds of the FA Cup this season instead

The potential giant killing games are the best bit of the cup. Watching multimillionaire Prem stars trot out on a 'ploughed' pitch against 11 assorted plumbers, mechanics, PE teachers etc, at a tiny but bursting at the seams ground with at least a dozen of the crowd perched in trees / on lorries outside is truly a FA cup experience for me. Watching an uninspiring matchup between two Prem reserve teams just to please the TV advertisers is definitely not!

same old story the shitty tv companies pick the same teams like arsenal and boring chelsea

ITV has to pick ties including Liverpool and Chelsea to attract any advertising revenue. How many would tune in to watch Rochdale v Macclesfield ?

Given you've edited your post, I guess it is not the "same old story" then...

Which games would you have chosen then, Mark, and why?

I think there are some pretty good ties there that adhere to the "magic of the cup" line.
