Now working on the assumption there will be at least one shock in the cup this weekend and looking at the fixtures:-

cant see Crawley beating Man Utd.
Orient v Arsenal ? depends on the team Arsenal put out, Orient on a good run but the Gunners have just beaten Barca.
Birmingham v Wednesday, at Hillsboro maybe but Wednesday are on such a bad run.

Just leaves on other fixture.

Come on you Seagulls

Would not be a shock to me. Notice the bookies are running a bit scared as well, 4/1 for us to win. You get better odds than that on all prem games sometimes, we were 3/1 to beat Watford. Although take you point on paper.

Do so hate the expression ' shock ' when it comes to the Cup ! In the old days, yes it was, but nowadays, with advancement in training/scouting/technology, it's little more than a surprise to me, for a lower league team to beat a so-called 'superior' opponent.
