I have spoken to first great western, national rail enquiries and just come back from Eastbourne station because if you do not have a reserved seat you will not get on the 10.00 or 11.00 from Paddington as the police there will stop you,as I bought my ticket last week,I now have to do another route cos the above 2 trains are fully booked,so now I have to leave Eastbourne at 5.37 to Brighton and go via fratton to Cardiff!!!

What will be a nightmare for the Police is trains packed full of Brighton supporters arriving at Bristol Temple Meads and Bristol Parkway where thousands of Bristol supporters will be trying to get on. Last time Bristol played at Cardiff in the LDV cup the Bristol stations descended into chaos as thousands tried to get on already full trains.....could be interesting!

Border country.East Preston.
I've booked on the 08:30 Paddington.
There are still 1st class tickets available on that train (only 10 quid extra).

Plenty of beertime when we get there.
