[Technology] Excel bar graph help needed please

Hello, can anyone help create me a spreadsheet which shows the following data by day of the week?

Any sales on Saturday and Sunday I would like to add to Monday's bar in a different colour for visibility as this is when they would be processed:

If this is possible, could someone either explain how or create a mock up I could edit and add my data?

I just made one in Google Sheets. I put Sat, Sun and Mon on same row, selected all data Inc row 1 (the titles), made a chart, selecting Stacked Bar Chart.
Should be similar in Excel.
