It was a a good game, although Federer made a good few unforced errors.

Hove...
Think the guy is an absolute tosser... He was welcomed by us all when he broke on the scene a few years ago but he was quick to brush it off and make it known that he is Scottish and wasn't interested in English support.

And yet we still love him... Burn that Scotch a**hole is what I say!!

Murray battles to win over Nadal

Andy Murray completed his preparation for the new tennis season with a hugely encouraging win over world number one Rafael Nadal in Abu Dhabi.

The British number one followed up Friday's defeat of Roger Federer with a 6-4 5-7 6-3 win over Nadal in the final of the exhibition tournament.

All hail The Boy King!

To my mind he is now the acknowledged no.3 in the world and is proving he has the ability to beat the big two. Only time will tell whether he can win Grand Slams. This boy has a different temperament to Henman, who continually allowed himself to be bullied and ' out-pysched ' by Sampras.

Never! He is Scottish and I would rather ANYONE wins but him! Henman was supported by Union Jacks, while Murray has the scottish flag following him. Hope he NEVER wins a grand slam.

From the BBC:

'Defending champion Andy Murray is struggling to be fit for Saturday's Qatar Open final against Andy Roddick at 1530 GMT because of a back injury.'

Can you now all please join me in offering up a silent prayer for Andy Murray's back
