Been trying to buy the package using the links while logged on. 'There has been an error'. Anyone else getting this?

Just tried it and went through to the buy window - maybe have another go.
I logged on to the Albion site went to tickets page then clicked on tickets on the left of top bar. This brought up various types of ticket first on left was mens first team then second on list beneath season tickets was europa league. This was on laptop.

I had several failed attempts after putting C/Card details in, had to get in touch and they “reset something”. All ok after that.

The website has been exhibiting this behaviour for a few days on various ticket options. Usually perseverance works.

I just changed my phone browser to desktop mode and it worked fine.

I bought and for Europa last week. Downloaded payment receipt and money taken from my bank.
However, have not had the Confirmation Email which everyone seems to have.
Anyone else missing this? Will have to phone them tomorrow, annoyingly.
