If all the favourites qualified it would be

Ac milan
Benfica
Braga
Gala
Lens
Feyenoord/Roma is exactly 50-50
Marseille
Sporting

So would mean lowest in such scenario is 1.5k, then 1.9k. So probably 380+ points to be tier one. Since knock out round and home game 2nd maybe away won’t be as popular.

Silly question, and obviously not ideal, but if not enough points, how likely will there be some corporate hospitality-type deals you can book directly with the away club?

I'm ok paying a premium and getting stuck into this bad boy and a bottle of red at Qarabağ FK.

A reminder that we're playing in the big leagues now when you see that we have one of the lower capacities - by quite some distance in many cases.
Has anyone shown this to Uncle Tony? It's quite obvious that he needs to pull down the north stand and replace it with a cantilevered kop three times bigger. It's not like it hasn't been said already. Chop chop Tony.

It will be lower than 380, with the exception of Sparta Praha.

380 was the number of points for Luton away, and that allocation was far lower than Rennes, Braga or Qarabag. That’s what I’m hoping, as I currently have 379 points!

It may come eventually, but only after he’s convinced it’ll be filled every week over a long period — and that’s impossible to know. Stoke away was a grim reminder of what it’s like to play in an empty stadium. But yes, it would be great to have a big north stand.

Not going to happen, a more feasible alternative would be to adjust the roof and enclose it, with some seats and you strap yourself in and watch the game from above, although you would need to make sure your valuables are safely tucked away, we can't have mobile phones or piglets pies raining down on the pitch.

Thanks a lot (!) I’m now reliving the time I took the boy on Galactica at Alton Towers, 5 years on I’m still having sleepless nights.

I know it’s not for everyone but I’m just gonna carry on as before and try not to worry about it.

We had 4 months to put our money away and 2 months to plan the trips, at short notice with money tight and curiosity out of the way I can see the ticket sales taking a different slant to previously (although I might be well wrong).
Worst case, I don’t see why this trend won’t continue.

Marseille - tickets for all

Ajax - needed to box clever but several Albion fans did get in the home end.

Athens - the home end was easily accessible and relatively trouble free (albeit a bit pricey)
