I'd never heard of it before they mentioned the word at half-time.[vine]OhetiY3ATxH[/vine]

Great skill and finish... BUT I have NEVER seen the point of why people do this / try this when they can just kick a ball normally?!!! Yes maybe there's a small case if one foot is a lot stronger that the other but it's weird and I guess just showboating?
A kid playing for out side once did this from a CORNER - the other team went mental (as it's a bit disrespectful) and rightly so imo - we had to calm a few of them down.. Let alone his own team mates who bollocked him (rightly so) as the corner barely made the near post!
Didn't di Maria do it at the World Cup and messed it up and looked like a right wally
Wasn't it David Dunn who did it once and fell over and Steve Bruce, his manager was in stitches?! Played it on MOTD 2 all season if I recall..

you can make good contact with a ball thats coming in too close otherwise. in this case he's too far away if he takes one step and too close with two.
This sign him upHarry Kane. Better than stockdale
Lloris red card does this mean he will miss EUFA cup games or Premier League and CC Cup games.

I kind of appreciate that but the majority who try it seem to only make good contact occasionally - maybe I'm speaking as a donkey centre half who wouldn't try such a thing
