On the one hand, that sounds BRILLIANT, but I suspect there will be no beer to be had!

Apparently there will be a full bar and you get a free pint with your ticket.

My old man's a big Rugby fan so I'm gonna take him down the Odeon for one of the games.

Something different innit

I don't think so.

Big game tomorrow. England have lost the last three against Wales.

We have a torrid record at Tickenham of late. We can't have won much more than half of our appearances there for goodness knows how long.

Flutey, Wilko, Monye and Armitage are all back, seemingly. :clap2:

England: 15-Delon Armitage, 14-Mark Cueto, 13-Mathew Tait, 12-Riki Flutey, 11-Ugo Monye, 10-Jonny Wilkinson, 9-Danny Care, 8-Nick Easter, 7-Lewis Moody, 6-James Haskell, 5-Steve Borthwick (captain), 4-Simon Shaw, 3-David Wilson, 2-Dylan Hartley, 1-Tim Payne.

Replacements: 16-Steve Thompson, 17-Dan Cole, 18-Louis Deacon, 19-Steffon Armitage, 20-Paul Hodgson, 21-Toby Flood, 22-Ben Foden.

Looking forward to this, although I won't be seeing it in 3D. My rugby club have brought the fixtures forward so that we can watch the England game.

I am going to see this in 3D at Crawley (it is also on Brighton) I am not sure what to expect to be honest. Its going to be a bit weird sitting in a cinema shouting at the ref but it will be an experience!

Not sure I want to watch England battling Italy for the Wooden Spoon as they lose both 3D games :lolol:

I'm well looking forward to tomorrow's match, for me the Six Nations is the best sporting of the calendar. I shall be cheering on Wales and hoping for the fourth victory on the trot

What I love about the six nations is that 4 of the participants actually have a chance of winning. Although Ireland are the favourites, I have a sneaking suspicion that France may win it.

This year even Scotland look decent though after a very good autumn. I can't see any team making a grand slam this year

I agree - I think the French will win it this year.

England will be interesting, not least because Johnson is picking an unusually attacking side for this weekend. Glad to hear Halfpenny is out for Wales, he tore us apart last year.

They certainly defended unbelievably well against Australia, but you have to question whether a) they can defend that well throughout the tournament and b) where the tries are coming from.

I can't see them winning it, but I can see them beating England at Murrayfield

Me too, I love the Six Nations. I shall obviously be supporting England (despite the existence of French, Scots and Irish grandparents), but it's more in hope than expectation. Barring the odd result we've been rubbish at ruggerball pretty much every year since 2003.

It sounds terrible. Why would anyone want to watch a sports match in a cinema?

Completely off topic, but in Sydney during the 2002 world cup some enterprising fellow temporarily reopened a closed down cinema, removed all the seats, installed bars (which only sold Toohey's New iirc) along the front underneath the screens and sold tickets to watch the games there. The banking of the auditoriums, giant screens, capacity crowds (for England games at least) and beer fuelled mayhem, chanting and crowd surges made it as close to an olden days terrace experience as you could probably get without actually being there. It was a BRILLIANT place to watch.
