Its a training ground match I think and you can be sure Capello won't want any cameras near it

Would like to know who 'Platinum Stars' are... Surely not anyone playing in the WC.

Hmnnn...

England fans nervous about losing any more key players to injury following Rio Ferdiand's enforced withdrawal will not be pleased to hear that Monday's warm-up opposition Platinum Stars do not plan on treating the game like a low-key friendly. "Our guys want to make their mark on England," said a club source.

"Around 12,000 locals are expected to converge on the Moruleng Stadium for the match, while BBC Sport's chief football writer Phil McNulty will be in situ and bringing news of the latest action via his Twitter feed."

I know that there should be no more chance of an English injury in this game than in any of the competitive world cup games, but it just feels like a disaster waiting to happen.

Yep. Especially as Ledley King is apparently playing.

Please Ledley, go easy. Please.
