Probably a whole lot less bigoted than Saturday's game at Old Trafford has the potential to be.

I imagine there'll be plenty of the usual. Are you going? The bar manager in my local is. He's a fanatical Northern Ireland supporter.

I am going to both of them for some reason. Not been to St James Park, so that was my excuse for Wednesday. I think Saturday will be one of those games that England are expected to win by a large margin, but in reality it will be a tightish game and then the usual suspects will be on here calling for Sven to go and Allardyce (or Graham Taylor) to be given the job.

Still at least it means a day on the pop in Manchester.

I'm going to the Welsh game out of a sense of duty. My best mate passed away a fortnight ago. He was due to take his young niece to this particular game, so now I'm taking her instead.

Can't say I'm looking forward to sitting in the family section surrounded by kids blowing hooters, but there we go. If Hughes was still in charge I wouldn't have bothered with the game at all to be honest, but I feel that Toshack deserves a bit of support.

Don't know how many tickets have been sold, but I've heard it's something like 40,000 so far. Which is not bad considering it's effectively a friendly for Wales!

For the England game in September, it would seem the WFA are giving us at least 10% (7000), but from what the FA were saying at some South Coast Englandfans thing last month, it maybe more, depending on what the segregation is like.

No news on the England tickets yet, but the demand is sure to be high.

Tickets for the Austria game on Saturday are reasonably priced. £25 for the middle tier, £20 for the upper tier, and £10 adults or £5 kids for the lower tier. I expect they'll be a good bit more expensive for the England game!

Wonder if the England fans who bought Azerbijani police officers uniforms will be wearing them on the day? There was one lad in the Brewery Tap just after the 1st leg who was looking most resplendent in an Azerbijani sergeant's tunic. Turned out he'd originally bought a bog-standard Azerbijani constable's jacket off one of the coppers at the game. Then fancied a promotion, so bought the sergeant's jacket too :lolol:

I'd be very surprised if your prediction doesn't come true (apart from the Graham Taylor bit)
