If only one of these was possible what would be your choice?

Both seem unlikely but....

England to qualify, can't face a whole summer with no football. After the weekend no-one will be interested in the rugby again for another 4 years.

Rugby as we stand a reasonable chance at that.
Euro 98 - More chance of shagging the Queen than qualifing for that

My take is that I'll get far more satisfaction watching what was an impossible achievement in the rugby after the SA debacle than watching England stumble and fall in the Euros which is inevitable, even if they do qualify

Six nations? Full houses for every game and more excitement in 3 England games of 80 mins than the next 10 England football games.

Not many on here will be interested but I certainly will be

The RWC is in our own hands, whereas the Euro Quali mostly depends on others. Whether we win the RWC is another matter, but I think we have much more of a chance than some people imagine.

I wrote us off completely BEFORE the thrashing by SA but agree with you, we have an excellent chance of winning now.

i recon if we are with a score with 10 minutes to go, the big guns come on, Dellagio Shuter etc we will win.

this will be White South Africa's last time to win the Webb Ellis so I expect they will be up for it, but if they win it, listening to the rugby development coach on 5live this morning, the majority of South Africans will not accept it as there are only two blacks in the side......a real shame that

Footy. I will quite merrily jump on the band chariot on Saturday, and will be supporting the England rugby team all the way, but football always comes first for me.

I'd say, if in touch by 3 points with 20 mins to go we will win

I don't like rugby so have little interest in it although, obviously, it would be great if England can beat South Africa. However, I have been looking forward to the European Cup next summmer and it won't be the same if England aren't in it. 80 minutes of a sport I don't enjoy wayching doesn't compare! Football all the way!
