I know its a bit early for this but seeing as a fair few of our players will be playing their last games for England this summer, who will be in the starting 11 come Brazil 2014 (providing we qualify)

My team would be

Hart

Walker
Jones
Cahill
Baines

Wiltshire
Walcott
Oxlaide-Chamberlain
Cleverley

Rooney
Sturidge

I'm sure Buckley wont be a million miles away from the team in 2years time..
I think we have a lot of young talent goes unnoticed. Obviously more players will come into the equation in the next 2 years but these are the best of what we have at this present time.

Welbeck will be sniffing around too. He and Sturridge might finally provide England with a bit of firepower upfront.
Bar Rooney we've been lacking in that department since the Owen era.

Hard to pick between the 2 really. Sturridge just edges it for me.

Got to be Scotty Parker in the middle without a shadow of a doubt.

I have been finding it really hard to muster any sort of enthusiasm for the national team over the last couple of tournaments. It really started in Germany with that whole WAG bollocks! It really isn't helped that I despise the likes of Terry/Cole/Rooney for their off the field baggage and drama.

I would rather we drop those dickheads (ok maybe not Rooney) and concentrate on the youngsters like the OX/Sturridge/Smalling/Jones who just want to play football and develop towards Brazil 2014.

Well here's a prediction from 2003 on how England would line up at Euro 2008.

That is Martin Taylor and centre-half and also Michael Tonge and Neil Mellor on the bench. Predictions mean sweet FA. Interesting to see which players have realised their potential though.

Scott Parker will be nearly 34 by the time of the Brazil world cup, do you still think he will have the legs to run around in that heat?

Would like to think that Buckley, JFC and Lewis Dunk might be England squad members by then?

They will have come to England manager Harry Redknapp's attention following the Albion's impressive run in the 2013/14 Champions League, having stormed the Premiership in 2012/13, all of this following a late run to pip West Ham and Southampton to the Championship title this season. Well maybe....

Would love to see Oxlade-Chamberlain and Buckley on the wings!

It is very difficult to say but it is fun to do these teams just to look back on them in a few years time and see how right or wrong you were. I mean, Michael Tonge and Neil Mellor?!!

I think the only position you can safely assume bar injury is Joe Hart, the rest could all change. I would like Fergie to start playing Phil Jones and Smalling at centre back regularly for United though as I think that could be our partnership at the back for years. They both look very promising and compliment each others games.

Vokes (welsh), Kasim (egyptian, ithink) Bridcutt will be in the Scotland squad soon

You (piss off).

Vokes - fair enough.
Kasim - could still play for England if hasn't played for Egypt.
Bricutt - silly boy, he should hold out for the Owen Hargreaves role.
