Call me unpatriotic if you like but international football really does not give me the same buzz that club football does. Put it this way , if we had beaten France 5-0 it still would`nt have felt anything like that great day at Cardiff or indeed most other important Albion games. Anyone else feel the same or is it just me?

I know the feeling, no emotions left to pump into euro 2004. If we make the semis then I might start getting a bit more excited. Just watched the England fans last night as they were dancing on the terrace with 5 mins to go and thought Swindon did that didn't they !? MMmmmmm :nono:

Right now????? England. Brighton are up, Jonny 2 jags' inbox is currently being attempted by Chris Bonnington, so England, no question. Just because you live for The Albion doesn't mean you can't expend a little energy on the national team during a major championships:clap:

Club v Country. Should we have an NSC sweepstake on how many times this question will be asked every major international tournament?

Club everytime, btw...

I really am struggling to get enthusiastic about England at the moment. After the high of Cardiff, watching football on the telly is just an anti climax for me.

Up the Albion!

I feel exactly the same way Kent Seagull. So England lost a game, so what?

Btw I still think they'll qualify but Brighton went to Cardiff and won.

We're back in division one :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

Did you watch France v England or were you watching a vid of our triumph at Cardiff?

I watched France v England because I had watched the video of our triumph at Cardiff on Saturday evening in the company of a few good Albion mates.

I too have watched the delights of Cardiff over and over again, but I can share my loyalties between The Albion & England. I find it particularly easy given that the domestic season is over:drink:

After the emotional highs and lows of the Albion's season I'm not currently up for England - it hasn't involved me yet, not in that gut-churning way the play-offs did. Something will happen that'll spark me off again though, of that I'm sure.

Glad I'm not the only one who feels like this.

Couldn't get excited during the build up ....managed to get fairly into the game itself

But when the scored both their goals could only manage mild disapointment. Where as if that had been the Albion I would be soooo pissed.

Club everytime!
