Totally this but I do rather dislike that Ten Hag like mantra.
The problem with ten bob is he has no process.

"f*** me, let's get the old blokes on to bolster the defence" is hardly a process.

Unless his aim is to create the football equivalent of processed Kraft 'cheese-food'.

Have you not picked up on the anti Enciso sentiment from some recently? Very much this months target. And now Webster’s out, it will only get worse.
I haven’t noticed this he’s hardly played this season.
I think he had to start at Chelsea instead of Hinshelwood who looked lost further up the pitch, unfortunately Hinshelwood seems un droppable under Hurzeler.
He’s a good player in certain roles not at left back or playing like a 10 though.

Watched that and can’t see any grumpiness really, unless I’m missing something.

If he is miffed it’s probably because he’s an incredible player who’s having to play third fiddle in his #10 role because the other two happen to be our best player (Pedro) and Georginio who has made the position his own with performances.

His time will come this season, it’s a long old season.

Reading between the lines I don’t think FH is currently a fan

He has been only a bit-part player for the Seagulls under Fabian Huerzeler and the head coach was asked by The Argus recently about he fitted into the team plan.

Huerzeler replied: “We are working hard with him.

“We show it to him after every game, after every minute that he is playing, where he can improve.

“That is our job, to make him better.

“And it is also the responsibility for the player.

“How he accepts his role at the moment, how he reacts to his role.

“Is he disappointed and then shows his disappointment and also trains not good?

“Or is he like, ‘Alright, now I want to show it to everyone and show it to myself how good I am and show it to the gaffer how good I am, that I am in the gaffer’s head’?

“In the end this has to be the goal for every player who is not starting at the moment, to be in my head.”

I love this lad but atm it just isn’t clicking for him. You can see the effort he is putting in but imho he doesn’t find this new system natural and is thus going through a period of adjustment.
Top player for me and one that will come good again very soon.

His rolling around on the floor like he was dying in the ford half tonight, only to thrn jump up absolutely fine when he realised the ref had given a free kick and he could shoot from 30 yards was pathetic. Even his own teammates were embarrassed by it. Not one went to check he hadn't been shot or anything

A couple of months ago his agent seemed to be hawking him around.

That dickhead should try doing that now and see how he gets on.
