How does one join this prestigious group of fellow travellers? The update-to-date Official Site appears to have no mention of this facility!
Thanks

NOT TRUE.

You have to tick the option box on the application form to register, it's not automatic.

You need to pick up a form from the shop and pay up £10 you then get a number that you need to quote on booking tickets. Mind you only need it for all ticket or if you are buy tickets beforehand. As most of the away a games are going to be pay on the day there should be no need.

How Chappers joined....

a) went in shop
b) asked if i could join
c) filled out form
d) gave nice lady tenner

Now i've made it sound a bit simple but there were some hairy moments, ie tripping over at the door, the pen running out half way through a letter making said letter much darker than the rest after going over it a few times to get pen working.

Thanks guys, SeagullinKent especially!
I'm gonna wait and see what the new away shirt is like in person before pre-ordering it. Not sure how many games away I can get too but have a place to stay in Bedford & Essex so Luton/Rushden games are almost definates.

I'm a member and have never had to quote my number when buying tickets for all ticket games (P*l*ce included). In fact, I don't even have a number!

That's a damn good question.

They have always advertised it as membership for life, so I hope they don't cancel it if you don't renew.

I managed to go the other way and pay my tenner a few months before becoming a season ticket holder. I didn't ask for my tenner back, but I doubt they would have given it up even if I had.

Fair enough, if a little pedantic. I meant that there was n't a need for an additional application.

You will be treated as an AMS member and won't have to pay an extra tenner.

And the people in the ticket office are very nice and read NSC regularly.

They are already engaged in detailed planning of the best way to make it impossible for anyone to be sure of getting a Wrexham ticket.

;)
