More recently she has said no on can really get it wrong... unless you call her Kenneth or Sabrina

Eitherway in relation to the thread Lee Anderson is a nasty peice of work, hopefully as its a closely run seat, Labour or the Ashfield Independants (despite their chequered recent events) will oust him shortly...his brand of politics is not needed. This country needs more Eddie Izzards!!

Exactly, Lee Anderson or Eddie Izzard ? I know which I would prefer to represent me in Parliament (or absolutely anywhere else for that matter)

You LITERALLY called her 'a woman' in your previous post, you berk!
it's a matter of perspective surely , the issue can be approached from all sorts of angles with the use of different phraseology , i have seen him live 3 times and he was a man , the pictures i have seen of him recently he looks like a man made up as a woman but apparently according to him he is now a woman ....to be honest i couldn't give a flying f*** what he is , what i see is a man dressed up like a woman , if you want to see it differently fill yer boots mate , whatever floats your little boat.

Here
If Eddie gets selected and if she gets elected (two BIG if’s) then I hope her first job is to march into City clean Hollingdean depot and sort those lot out, I’m sure that will go down a storm😂
I'm just picturing that........................:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Lee Anderson has all the makings of a future Tory Home Secretary. That's how viciously vindictive he is
Vindictive but thick-as-dog-shit. Plenty of Tory MPs spoke out against him this week as he suggested Britain just breaks the law and flies asylum seekers to Rwanda anyway.

As Jonathan Pie puts it, he is what most Tories think a typical northern working class man is like. He is not. He is a vile, hateful dog whistling cretin. He’ll be absolutely destroyed in the election next year, can’t wait.

"So going forward I am preferring Suzy but I don't mind Eddie. And I prefer she/her but I don't mind he/him."
No mention of they/them.

the sentance is correct regardless of gender politics. one might say "Zamora is the best Brighton player of recent times, aren't they?", rather than "...isn't he". we mustn't hijack "they" and limit it's use in normal language. there is a dedicated pronoun for neutral, "ze", use that.
Well, no you wouldnt. You'd say "Brighton is the best team in Sussex, aren't they" because it's a collective noun but Zamora is singular. It's sentence though.

but "they" isn't only a collective pronoun. it's perfectly cromulent to use as a pronoun for anyone.
and the fact we're even discussing this is a good reason why Izzard would not be a good choice to stand as MP, too many distractions.

well as a palace fan from South London attempting to become an M.P for Brighton i think he's definitely trying to amuse someone.
Do you think all MP’s are from their constituency and support the local team?

Personally, I don’t care where they’re from, what team they support, or what they like to dress in. I just want them to be a good MP.

It’s not that hard is it?

Surely you’d want the best person for the job?

I'd much rather have MPs with this sort of thing as a "distraction" than have MPs with an enormous list of disclosed and undisclosed interests pissing the country down the river.

How distracting could it be?

If you’re so daft you sit there thinking

“But but it’s a man. In a dress? A man? In a dress? But we call him she? She? In a dress? But it’s a man? Called she? In a dress….”?

Frankly, you’re too stupid to vote.

Eddie grew up in Bexhill, went to school in Eastbourne - so good Sussex roots if that’s what bothers you.

You were right first time, she refers to herself as a female. I respect that, but I can see why some people don't/won't.

I might have missed something here, I know Eddie is a very active Labour Party member, is he actually going to stand at the next election ? I hope so !
