I'm guessing quite a few people on here are eBay users?

Do you understand the concept of how an auction works?

I'm selling some tickets for Groove Armada on Saturday and I've had 3 people email me with offers for them despite the fact that I didn't set a buy it now price for them.

One guy offered me a pathetic amount which I of course refused pointing out that another auction was currently going at £20 more than his offer with 3 hours still to go. To which he replied accusing me of selling the same tickets under two different usernames.

And whilst I type I get another email asking if I'm willing to split the tickets!

I give up, the world is full of fucktards!

Auctioned some stuff recently and for every single item I received multiple emails asking me to end the auction now for a price.

That said, I'm guilty of doing similar but I ask the seller how much they'd want to end it now.

I've lost faith in ebay over the last year....used to be a great place to trade, now its full of people scouring for bargains to resell and or people selling stuff they've bought at charity stores!! And don't get me started about paypal fees!!

With tickets especially, I guess the prices an ebay sometimes get so inflated that people chance their arm by mailing you in the hope you'll settle for a relatively cheap price.

I know sometimes I'm put off bidding because I'll either be outbid or pulled in to a bidding war and end up paying over the odds...

Full of Fucktards that buy tickets for concerts they can't go to.

I can go, just really not that fussed about it to be honest, seeing as a pair went for £75 quid this afternoon I thought I'd cash in. Before anyone digs me out for touting I did offer them on here for face value and nobody wanted them so poke it up your arse!

Going to the Sex Pistols on Friday night so I very much doubt I'll be in any fit state to face the world on Saturday.

You made the right choice! Byrne and Rogers aside we've represented the Albion more times on a football field than most of them had!!

Ebay fucks me off because I've sent 2 items and the people have claimed not to have received them when the probably have so either they lie and get free items or the Royal Mail is losing everything. The first guy was an absolute kunt about it so I gave a refund as it was only a tenner. This next guy also wants a refund but im not sure what to do . . .

I've been relatively lucky apart from the complete arsehole who bought something then realised that he'd paid too much for it, put a mark on the item and accused me of sending out sub standard goods. Unfortunately paypal took his side over it so I was over £70 out of pocket.

Ebay's feedback system is flawed in that most sellers will only leave +ve feedback after the buyer has left them +ve feedback. On the 2 occasions I have (justifiably) left a seller -ve feedback, they've retaliated by leaving -ve feedback on my profile.
