ebay help please

hey peeps.

can anyone help me with how to report an item to ebay that shouldnt be for sale so they can remove it.

some **** is selling a very poor scan of one of my photographs and despite one polite email, and one *ahem* not so polite email he won't respond so i wanna bitchslap his ass... starting with getting the item taken off.

can't find a link though and i've looked everywhere!!

...and if anyone fancies giving him the nsc treatment for being a thieving touting ****, then please feel free to send him messages of support and or abuse and spam

Normally ebay are very good and will remove anything that has the hint of getting them in trouble.

Another option if they don't take it off is to buy it. You will then receive the sellers address. Just mentioning - like.

Why not advise both the seller and eBay that you will sue them for breach of copyrite ?

Also if it is a scan like you say, then you can sue them for advertising the item incorrectly. They have described it as being orignal and that it comes with a COA.
