Actually I think he should be sued under the trade descriptions act.

The true ' Sea Oxygen ' cannot be transported in a plastic bag, except in a dilute aqueous solution.

In its' pure bagged state it forms molecules of O2, with 16 protons, neutrons and electrons.

Then of course there is the rarer O3 or ' O-zone ' which can only be sampled when the tide is out, but this is of course ' free to air ' and not available on subscription !
