I gave compulsory Eastenders watching up a few months ago and have since lowered blood pressure, regained hair i had torn out and feel no need for a hearing aid. Occasionally i tune in and collapse with laughter at the appalling acting of Ben Mitchell and the drunkenness of Phil Mitchell.

Oh and they have turned Dot into a sponge brained raving lunatic as well as chiny, chin, chin Stacey.
