Went for a drink in there after the game, queues not too bad and more/better seating than Dick's. No cider on tap though

Yesterday was my first visit on a matchday to lunch in the East Stand Brasserie.
The service from the welcome, to the waitressing and the bar staff was all first class.
The food was excellent in terms of variety, quality, value and it was nicely hot.

I am a season ticket holder in the West Upper and had never been over to the east before on a matchday.
But I will be back. It was my father's first visit to the Albion for twenty years and he was blown away with how fantastic the whole experience was.
If you haven't been over there for lunch before a game yet, I strongly recommend it.

I think you mean brasserie, a brassiere is something else entirely!

I'm loving the Brasserie after the game, comfortable, warm, hot food & drinks, beer, not sure there is anything to complain about, modern but not sterile for me, fellow fans make the atmosphere (and winning of course!).

I sometimes wonder if some people are ever happy!?

Jim in the West spoke highly about the ESB yesterday too. It's good to hear it's doing a decent trade.

went there yesterday and after the initial crush for a beer, it's a good and warm venue. I don't think I'll make a habit of it though due to the length of time it takes to initially get served.

Are Joe Public allowed in there after the game?

Yes. Have been in there the last 2 games. Be sure to be in there no longer than 5 mins after FT as you'll be queuing 15 mins at least for a drink. Made that mistake against Newcastle, but we left bang on FT from WSU yesterday, and I got served within 5 minutes. Amstel in a proper pint glass whilst watching the fools in Bennetts field sit in their cars for 30 mins. Lovely!

We tried it out after the Newcastle game. Its pretty good. Warm! Beer in a glass, highlights of the game on the TVs. Able to hear Gus's interview. All positives. But queued for well over 20minutes to get a beer, so decided it was back to the North Stand bar for yesterday's game. Which was probably a mistake cos it felt like the coldest place in England

Could do with a couple of warm air blowers in there or something. Place was like a bloody fridge.

Went in yesterday after the game. It was lovely and warm and managed to get a table no problem. Hot cuppa (no queue) to thaw out. Job done. Killed 45 mins watching first half of Soton Birmingham and then off to P&R, no queue there either.

Couple of observations. If you wanted a beer (or even a coke) there was a four deep queue at the bar. Tables and chairs went fairly quickly. I first went in after Saints game and it was probably three times as busy yesterday. Great facility though.
