Help needed please!!!

Trying to top up my card via 'e top up'. I enter my fan and card number into the relevant fields, then I put in what I think is my 'password' and i either get an 'invalid username / p/word' message or it just clears the text I have typed into 'password'. So i click on 'forgotten password' thinking the usual process will happen and that i will be emailed a new password, but all that does is clear the text I've typed in fan number and card number.

Any idea?

Must be a problem with web site. Maybe Azure have sabataged it so nobody can top up thus reducing the Q's on Sat!!!! But unlikely i concede!!!

Never used the 'top up online' before this evening. Worked fine then.

I presume you've used it before? If not, then leave the password box empty.

Its dead for me and I know the details are 100% correct as my browser stores them and i have topped up tons of times.

Have you tried switching your computer off and then back on again?
