how quickly does the club usually respond to your email questions?

Slowly. If I ever actually get a reply.

I've emailed several times and never had a reply. I've always had to phone in when the issue then becomes more urgent as days pass.

I've found that I get a reply if I name the person ie paul.camillin or martin.perry rather than the generic seagulls@bhafc.co.uk

Emailed the club a number of times on a variety of matters and have always received a prompt reply.

I tend the start the email with "LISTEN HERE YOU BAST*RDS.."...

Not really, they always get back to me.
