Good Afternoon Mr Daly,



Can I please take a moment of your time to remind you of two conversations we had in the run-up to the recent local elections. In these conversations you PROMISED that if the Falmer Stadium decision went against LDC no further appeals would be forthcoming. You even went as far as to say that the decision not to appeal again had already been taken.

I would like to think that the Mayor of Lewes AND Chair of LDC’s Planning Committee wouldn’t mislead the electorate just to try and gain a vote. I look forward to the news from LDC that this saga has finally reached a conclusion.
