E-Cash top up / debit

Look at this from Tueday night - it was all over the place.

No e-cash credit back from Dicks Bar and then an odd 40p deducted and 31p credited instead of 27p.

Anyone else have anything similar? I don't usually check but hopefully that didn't happen all last season!

mine worked fine on Tuesday, spent 6 pounds and got .60 back!

Never managed to top up my e-cash as it doesn't recognise my password and there's no way to reset my account (and the emails about it go unanswered). Sounds great in principle but poorly designed in practice.

Looks like you spent £3.10 and had your 10% back but it was debited in 2 seperate amounts, I had this when I made a purchase in Queens Road shop, exactly the same thing happened. Dont know why but it added up all the same.

Yep, but I spent £22.70 but only had £1.48 put back on rather than £2.70.

Same. went to the club shop to sort it out but said they couldn't help.
