I preloaded my card before the Spurs game with 30 quid and spent a tenner at the game. (pie and pint for me and a hot dog for my son)
Having checked my e-cash account a couple of days ago , it would appear i have been charged twice and my balance now shows £10.00 .
Spoke to Paul at the club regarding this yesterday and he is gonna try and sort it , but it may be worth your while checking your balance after each game to ensure the same hasnt happened to you.
Hope you all enjoy tomorrow :amex:

Thanks for the heads up - just checked mine but it seems ok - 1 pint in Dick's bar at £3.60 and 1 pie at £3.50, and then two credits of £0.35 and £0.36. Nice to know that the loyalty scheme is working. Hopefully this will be the same for most people.

It would be good though if the receipt they give you after each purchase told you your remaining balance, as after a few games it's unlikely I'll remember how much I've got left, and personally I don't want to keep having to go back and check on the website. Just a thought.

I got 2 pies and 2 pints (for two people, not just me!) and I didnt get my cash back from it. Im not OVERLY fussed as its only £1.30ish and I did get my 36p added back on for a pint later in the day but it might be worth checking if people are buying shirts or spending a large whack in the club shop.

Agreed. Remaining balance needs to be on the receipts.

Doesn't go into any specifics, so you have to remember what you've bought. I'm trusting that I really did spend £11.45 in club shop!
Still, love the 10% cash back - top stuff

I am sure that, if an amount had been debited twice, it would show on your statement as having been debited twice at exactly the same time and would accordingly be refunded.

Check your credit card statement too . . . I put £100 on and that has been taken twice off my credit card!! Also didn't get the cash back! It will all get sorted, it's a small price to pay for such outstanding facilities. What a time to be supporter!!

Me too, had top-up debited twice on credit card... not The Club's fault blame Yes-Pay. Cashback worked though!!!
