I think Joyce's done a good job so far as captain. But we definitely need a batsmen. And Brown as our sole keeper when Prior's away doesn't feel me with any confidence, his batting's not pushed on and his keeping seems to be getting worse. Surrey don't seem happy with Davies anymore!

I imagine Goodwin's was on some decent money and our T20 overseas players too. We'd be better spending it all on a proven player who'll can play in all three formats and won't get called up internationally.
