Maybe he does, but surely he owes Albion an awful lot more? After all Everton obviously didn't rate him, and sold him off cheaply, whilst we picked him up from a team heading for League One, and have given him the chance to shine in the Premier League.

It's a no brainer for me where 100% of his loalty should be focussed.
