driving license help

ive recently lost my driving license (lost as in mis placed rather than had it taken off me)
it was one of the old paper ones. anyone know what forms to get, and what ID i need to send etc etc

You want form D1 from the post office.

You have to send proof that you are who you say you are, passport, birth certificate etc and a passport photo.

I lost mine a few months ago and it cost £19 I think to get the new photo one.

Fuecck sake, another person asking the internet on what to do, etc. Any right minded person would ask in the post office WHERE YOU PICK THE FORMS UP.
