The signage on the M23 says it's only Northbound closed on Sat 19th from 9pm-6am, that would suggest the Southbound M23 is unaffected... but I'm sure someone has the definitive answer.

Doing a quick check Southbound is closed but opens @ 4.00am and BBC again saying both north and south closed.
