I've never actually been to Crawley and wouldn't mind checking out a pub or two, is anyone drinking there beforehand?

FFS Braders. Stop spamming ALL the time just to get your post count up. You aren't going to Crawley, are you. So don't reply in this thread.

Yeah Chappers. Should definately be drinking beforehand.

Will probably be getting the train up there so either pubs between the station and the ground or just get straight to a pub outside the ground.

I'm not too well-up on Crawley pubs, but Tinx was saying there are a few nearby. Tinx, help me out here......

:drink:

It depends if you are getting off at three bridges or crawley, from cralwey station you come out right next to the town centre, from there you have a no pubs right close by but a wlak through the town will get you to themain pub area of crawley altohugh its all chain pubs wetherspoons, hosghead etc On the way to the ground you can stop off at the railway which is just round the corner from the station, nice enough pubbut its a bit of a theme pub further up ther eis a couple of pubs which are nice, Goffs park manour I tihnk its called is kind of in the way but a bit out of your way but if its a ncie day they have a quality beer garden.

Best bet though is getting a cab to the ground and there is a pub just the other side of the roundabout which is pretty good can't remember its name. . Don't bother with the pub at the gorund its a shitehole. unfortunately the gorund is quite a long way from the station and will probably take you 30 minutes to walk it.

Artois, you getting the train from Brighton?

Yeah I am.
I was going to get a lift from fatboy from the station to the ground, but not sure if that's still the case.

May end up just getting a cab. Are you then?

possibly would be worth a go, although they aren't the brightest in the ticket office to say the least.
