Myself and the missus just got back from Brighton after visiting family etc for Christmas. She went in on Saturday morning and again Sunday morning in hove and said the temperature was warmer than she expected. It was I believe around 9 degrees she normally does loch swims in 3/4 degrees.
As long as you know your limitations and have a buddy there’s no reason why you can’t go
