Maybe so but at least they're raising funds for local charities - and they all do the work for FREE ( the Lions that rather than the fair ground workers ).

Brighton Lions Carnival used to be the better one but the councils insistance on charges etc killed it off.

It was quite good really walked down there about 2pm met with some friends and their kids Junior HB&B fascinated by The WALTZER he couldn't take his eyes off it.

It is still a little bit Council House I bet there ain't many at home in the Hangleton and Knoll areas this afternoon.

We came home before the rain started.

Glad to see it still going after all these years though I 'll look out for the Parachutists in a minute I can see them to about 3000 ft from my garden.
