Does anyone know how to carve meat?

Hi I'm a typical meat lover who just loves to talk,watch and play with meat, there is just one problem though!, I cant bloody carve meat and i hear of a legendry carver by the name of Butcher who apparantly can carve meat!.
If anyone knows of this fine carver please lt me know!

i do believe i have heard of the legend of the meat

Is this who i have longed to one day come one to one with?
Is this the Butcher who carves meat?
Do you like meat?
If so can i plz plz have some advice on a) How to carve meat, b)Where to get the best meat

have you ever heard of the meatstuff that goes by the name of 'guru'. it is perfect for a person wishing to master the arts of carving to practice with due to its tender flesh and almost zero amount of fat. it can be difficult to get hold of but send me a private message and ill direct you to a meat shop that can help you out.

Make sure you have a sharp knife (vital obviously). If it is unboned, start at one end and not at the side. Boned meat and poultry will reguire a little knowledge of the structure of the beast itself.
Remember to let the blade do the carving, do not force it downwards too much, rather smoothly back and forward.
If using a fork to hold the meat down try to keep it quite steady and still, so not to tear up the meat too much.
Finally, nice thin slices.

treatings cheating.....the new carver 3000 is perfect for a well cooked lamp joint however if you're talking a full on disectomy of a cow you'll need something far more industrial such as the versatile expertaslice, you will need to get onto the ministry of meat however for that as its not available without a carving license.

when frying a steak, allow the meat to rest for four minutes once it has reached its desired stage in the cooking process...this should leave you with a flesh more tender.
