Isn't it completely tinpot to reason like that?

Finland wants Sweden to lose in everything we do, but we hope they do really well. We have around 3x their population, better sports results in nearly every sport and has shat on them in several ways over the years, of course they're going to dislike us. But just because someone doesn't like you doesn't mean you need to dislike them back. A little brother picking a fighting with his bigger brother is cute and shrugable, a big brother fighting his smaller one is probably a bit of wanker.
dont get upset. They are out now, so all is good.

I was fairly meh about them progressing. On the one hand it would've been good to see WBG in a knockout game - the favourable coverage he's received must've really boosted his confidence. Hopefully he can carry that over to when he's back in the stripes, and surrounded by proper footballers.

On the other hand, its ALWAYS a pleasure to see the porridge-botherers crashing out again. That just never gets old.

Disappointing that Scotland have been eliminated from the competition (although of course this was inevitable and in-keeping with tradition) , Rachel Corsie's punditry will be sorely missed .

Is your support of the Albion similar when things aren’t going so well? Luckily your MiL isn’t from Croydon 😉
My support for the Albion is unwavering and goes back over 50 years! How dare you even question it! ;)

I did actually live the first 15 months of my life, though, in Sydenham before my parents saw sense and moved to Worthing.
