Lord Bracknell
On fire
This is from an e-mail I received at work. It may be of interest to NSC users in the Brighton & Hove area.
Do you belong to a tennis club or league and use tennis courts in the city? Are you a tennis player which uses local tennis courts? If the answer is yes, then have your say on the future management of council tennis facilities by 30 September 2015
*Background*
Brighton and Hove City Council are working with the Lawn Tennis Association to consult with tennis players to inform options for the future management of council tennis facilities in the city. Community Works is carrying out this consultation. The aim of the consultation is to ensure that tennis facilities are sustainable in the years to come and to consider ways that will encourage more people to play tennis.
If you play on Brighton and Hove's tennis courts we would like to know what you think.
*Consultation opportunity*
Please go to www.surveymonkey.com/r/bhtennis to complete an online survey, which is open until 30 September 2015. If you require the survey in a different format please get in touch with us to discuss your needs on 01273 234023 or info@bhcommunityworks.org.uk
Alternatively you can arrange a time for a telephone call to share your views. Please email info@bhcommunityworks.org.uk or call 01273 234023 to arrange a time.
If you're a member of a tennis club or league you're invited to participate in a focus group. These will be taking place in September in locations around the city. To find out more and to book your place, please email info@bhcommunityworks.org.uk or call 01273 234023.
*Feedback*
We welcome all your views and suggestions. They will be included in a report which will be presented to the council and the Lawn Tennis Association in late October 2015. You will be able to view a summary copy of the report on our website at www.bhcommunityworks.org.uk/tennis
