No, definitely male, late teens/young adult. I'm guessing born around 1959. Some characteristic shaping of the T's and Y's - I would have to go for some private school education there but not completed - perhaps a couple of years at Lancing/Hurst/Ardingly with some comprehensive school thrown in.

Forgeries, they would look more sun bleached and the ink would be more faded if genuine. Mocked up in 2005 or 2006 would be my guess.
